Any error/any errors

I found the following sentence:
"I assume no responsability for any errors in it"
Shouldn't it be "any error"?
Could someone explain me that?

"I assume no responsibility for any and all errors...."

Try googling "responsibility for any and all errors" and you will see that it is a common phrase.
