Any differerence between "Thank you" and ""That's very kind of you."?

Which of the following can be used to respond to "How are you getting on with your typing? Do you need my help?"

A. Thanks, but I think I am all right.

B. That's very kind of you, but I think I am all right.

C. No, thanks, but I think I am all right.

Those are all fine except that C should read: 'No, thanks . ' (no 'but')
