Any Differences between these sentences?

Hello.
1. It is our hope that nobody is getting hurt.

2. Nobody is getting hurt is our hope.

3. Our hope is nobody is getting hurt.

Are there any differences between these sentences?

I found the thread where Huddleston and Pullum are quoted regarding the nomenclature for the that-clause of a cleft structure. Maybe you can translate it into ordinary English. As I understand it, the that-clause in a cleft sentence is a relative clause (their words), but it's not dependent on the highlighted element; it's dependent on the whole preceding "It is
