I would have been unlucky if by any chance/any way this week I would have not got that offer.

I think the grammar is possible, but it is not a good construction. I would have been unlucky if by any chance I had not got/gotten that offer this week. AmE would more likely use 'gotten'.

AmE would more likely use 'gotten'.
