Please be informed that my 2 years contract with the company will be finished 18 June 2015 and I am very much interested in renewing my contract for another term.

In connection with this, I would like to request for a Three (3) months’ vacation, and kindly arrange my yearly benefits and all the necessary documents to make my departure possible on 15 September 2015.

I have been with the company for more than Two (2) years (18 June 2013 up to present) and for all those years, I am working in UNITED-SABIC as Department Secretary, and I have always performed my duty wholeheartedly and never given cause for complaint. Based on my performance, I humbly request for a salary increment since my present salary is not really sufficient enough to cope with my personal and family necessity. Granting my request would be a great help for me and for my family as well.

Please be informed that my 2 years with the company will be end on 18 Jun 2015 and I have finally decided not to renewal my contract for another terms.
I’m satisfied with the work and work environment which I got from here, and I want myself to be transfer to another company. I have reason behind this as my salary is not sufficient enough to cope with my personal and my family necessity.
In this regards, I would like request for our management to give transfer me to another company. I expect you will understand my situation and response the needful for this matter.
