Any Aliens seen

1.As Mozart's number of victims is outright stated, he has the highest confirmed count of any Alien seen.


Is the above sentence grammatical?

I doubt whether "seen" is grammatical.

I think there should be at least a word such as "before" so that the sentence makes sense as below.

Or is it okay just simply to write "seen" without any word behind it if the implied part is "any Alien (that is) seen? I think it's not okay simply to write "seen" without any word if the implied part is "any Alien (that was) seen.
