Dear all. How can be the best way to write these sentences according to English ones?

1. As the prime minister has announced to raise the taxes, I am so unhappy to say a few words towards this issue. No one is interested in this issue, so that I have to speak immediately with the community of mine. However, I really think that not everyone is almost ready to take care about the quality of life right here. But this issue, cannot make them stay quiet against this issue. If so, I can reach what I do for my social community.
2. As the director of UNF’s school has announced to build a new school right here in our road, I would like the authorities to pay attention about this. No one can understand the main aims of the director. In my opinion, perhaps one is building without local authorities permission, and what is particularly unpredictable, all this happens in the name of community.

4. As your cousin has told me everything about Jane yesterday, I feel bad and I am not sure if I will speak again with her.
5. Today is another day. What’s happened yesterday, you have to forget all those words. As your mother has taken all responsibilities, you have to be quiet.
6. As your day has been so bad in all features, I really think you have to calm down right now.
7. As you doctor has told you about your wife problems, you really should be quiet for all the life.
8. As you are angry because of your boyfriend, I really think taking it easy is the best way of making decisions or actions.
9. As I told you all about your exam, you should be quiet and calm down immediately.
10. As the chief has said to you that this can be my last workday, I really think I have to leave this factory now.
