The four given sentences are grammatical, and would be used in slightly different situations, for example:

1. I've seen Jim on motorcycles, mopeds, and driving vans and pickup trucks. I've never seen him driving a car. So I ask him: "Do you own any cars."

2. Late at night, I go to a convenience store, which one would not expect to have fresh produce. But I need some ingredients for the beef stew I'm whipping up, and all the other stores are closed. I ask the clerk: "Do you have any vegetables."

3. Bill has shown me his five drones, his two jet skis, his 3 boats and four motorcycles, and his two private planes. I've never seen him in a car. I ask him: "Do you own cars?"

4. I go to a store that has a lot of fresh produce, but it seems to be all fruits, nuts, and grains. I ask the clerk: "Do you have vegetables?"
