Does top- tip, mean the best advice or the most important advice or?

On the list of the recommended activities that dieters should try during the weekend, each activity, like jogging or tennis, ha Top tip which says for example:

Aerobics

Top-tip: Choose the class that fits your level-low-impact aerobics is good for beginners

Top-tip: Choose the class that fits your level-low-impact aerobics is good for beginners

I'd write it without a hyphen, as two words. The 'top tip' would be the tip at the top of a list of tips, in other words the most important.
