send me up = (either send me up before the judge on charges, or send me back to prison)

2.To get any kind of ID on the prints. (ID-confirmation of the suspect's prints?)
ID = identity, matching fingerprints to a named person.

3. She had a rapport with the rapists. She talked to him like a big sister. (special relationship?she knew how to deal with them?)
rapport = a harmonious relationship, one of mutual understanding and sympathy

4. what kind of voice is ''low'' voice?
low = (either soft-spoken or of a bass register)
