Antonia: docked

Hello,

I have several questions.

1) the boat was docked (does it mean tied on the dock or anchored on the dock, or?)

2) Sara had arguably left her soul laid out on his bathroom sink, and he had not even had the decency to call her,(can you gove me a synonym for the blue word?)

3) Can gang banger be not only a member of group raping but also a member of a gang?

4) mother says to her daughter that she was a little ''hellion'' when she was little (What does that mean?devil?)

Thank you
