The context: Sara has damning self-judgement she is a victim of sexual predator. These are her husbands thoughts:

He probably knew Sara better than any other man in her life, and he knew that she wasn't a victim of anything but her own damning self-judgment.

I don't know why I can't find the noun "self-judgement" in webster or cambridge on-line dictionari

To '****' literally means to condemn (typically to ****). In this context it would appear that the author is stating that Sara's judgment of herself is what is condemning her to a state of victimhood, not whatever sexual acts are being forced upon her.
