Antonia cycling(no impact)

Hello,

What does it mean:

It is for you if you like the scenery while you exercise or you're injury prone (there's no impact).

Does impact here mean injury or ''while cycling your knee doesn't suffer because there is no burden laid on it?"

Thank you

''while cycling your knee doesn't suffer because there is no burden laid on it' Although the usual phrase is low-impact not no-impact (on a cycling machine your knees must be doing something ).
