Antinomian - definition?

Antinomian

Can I use this word for the meaning of 'perverse' or morally/socially unacceptable (as in "these are antinomian/perverse government policies")?

I find listed in the online Marriam-Webster dictionary the following as one of the two definitions of the word:
"one who rejects a socially established morality"
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/antinomian

But I don't see this definition listed in any other online dictionary.

Thank you

I would suggest you not use the word "antinomian" as few people will understand it.

No. The word is much too connected to theological and religious concepts, so it would only confuse the reader.
