I'm wondering if there is such a grammatical term like "anticipatory phrase" though I know "anticipatory subject" and "anticipatory object".

An anticipatory subject is "it" that is anticipatorily put as a grammatical subject for the semantic subject that appears in the latter part of the sentence.
