anticipate ing?

When I change 'look forward to' to 'anticipate', can I use 'anticipate + ing' form? Or does it take noun only?

I'm really looking forward to inheriting the property.

(I mean 'look forward to' not 'expect that sth will happen')

Thank you in advance
