sir i want to know one thing that antibiotics mean only killing bacteria, fungus infections ? if they meant to kill bacteria and fungus then what about good cells in our body that cells may also die. thanks

thanks for your answer sir. it is ok that antibiotic killed bacteria but how to replace the lost cells in the treatment? again iron tonics are necessary? thanks
