Sorry I'm confused too. The tape is a Backing material tape.It's an adhesive tape used in electronic devices. Basically repulsion means "the force in physics that pushes two objects apart" so if the "anti-" comes to beginning, it means that
" Less force in physics that pushes two objects apart" ?? Cos anti- basically means opposite, am I right?

ie it works against this force
