Hi,
Prefixes need to be 'attached',. Some people would use a hyphen, some wouldn't.

anti-coagulant
anticoagulant

My dictionary uses a hyphen.

Hi,

It seems to me a minor matter. The main thing is not to say 'anti coagulant' as two words.
