Antecedent and Pronoun

I am trying to identify the pronouns and their antecedents: I have bolded the pronoun and underlined the antecedent. Could you tell me whether I have got it right?

1. You need not give Mr. Martin advice on so trivial a matter unless he asks.
The antecedent of "he" is "Mr. Martin".

2. These cookies taste good with milk but if you leave them in too long they are sure to become overly soggy.
The antecedent of "them" and "they" is "cookies".

Am I right?
