Answering the phone & introducing yourself.

What do you usually say when you answer the phone (formal and informal)? And how do you introduce yourself (formal and informal)?

If the screen shows me the caller's ID, I say 'Hi, Jack. ' If the number is withheld or I don't recognise it, I say 'Hello', and let the caller identify themself first. At work, I used to say 'St Paul's Primary School, Adam Zapple * speaking'.
