Answering someone

For example, Graham says: "A 3 mile run after work is a waste of time."

If I then answer: "You feel good after the run, though, eh, Graham?"

Is that the correct way to say it, ie. the comma use?

I see no problem with this.
Of course it's "casual conversation."
The use of commas in dialogue is not always an exact science.
