Answering an interrogative question

Hi,teachers I have a question.

A:She's no intelligent girl,is she?

B:Yes she is.(she's an intelligent girl)/No,she isn't.(she's not an intelligent girl)

Can I answer like B in this case?

A:She's no intelligent girl,is she?-- You mean this one? No. That structure exists, but it is used in hyperbole only, I think: 'She's no Einstein, is she?
