Answering a business request..

If someone asks you what is the best time to meet you? what would you say in formal english?

"I will be here all week. You can come at any time."

Is it a right way of answering the email?

Please suggest.

Thanks

Yes, that is fine, but you might also want to suggest some times: I will be here all week. You can come at any time. How about 2 pm on Tuesday or Thursday, or 4 pm on Wednesday?
