Its a 4 letter word.Boys have girls don't have.Poor have rich don't have.U can fly if u have it.Animals can drink it but we cant.whats that??

Blimey that's a toughie!
The nearest i can get is B O Y S
"B " is in boys but not in girls.
"O" is in poor but not in rich.
"Y" is in fly.(without the y you would just have fl)
"S" is in animals ( the "s" makes animal plural which is what they need to drink it) but not in "we can't"
Ok it's not perfect , but i can't see what else it could be

My latest guess for the four letter word is CHOP ( don't laugh here's how lol!)

Hump as a noun means something that bulges out or is protuberant or projects from a form. This i referred as ***** ( male reproductive organ )...i guess females dont have....:-)

I know my answer is not right , but i have to disagree with your "HUMP" theory.
Camels don't actually store water in their hump, they contain fat which is used for nourishment when food is scarce.
Although they can consume vast amounts of water, it is stored in their bloodstream.
Looks like we are back to the drawing board on this one.!
