Hello,

Does the entry - "to answer back" - have only one meaning? To reply rudely to a person?

Is it possible to use the phrase in the following sentence: " Please, answer back my email" ???

The sentence, "Please answer back my email.", is not right.

The following are correct:

"Don't you ever answer me back like that again!" This would only be said by a parent - typically the mother - to his/her child.

"I sent him an email, and he's going to answer back today or tomorrow." This is okay, but, "Please answer back my email.", seemingly a similar construction
