1) To whom were you speaking?
2) Whom did you contact?
3) With whom did you speak?
4) Give it to the person who deserves it most.
5) Emily is the person with whom you just spoke.

Except for #4, they all sounded stiff to me despite the fact that they are grammatical. I'd be surprised if you will find someone speaking in such snobbish style. Just my two cents..
