Another way to say "which is" ?

Does anyone know another way to word the idea behind the phrase "which is"? I am using it way to much in this paper. Here is an example of how I am using it--for clarification:

I have high social awareness which is the ability to understand and empathize with others. I particularly demonstrate a strong service orientation which is one of the components associated with this measure.
