Another way to say "high-touch"

I'm helping my IT Consultant husband write his resume and as the new age shows, we slaughter the english language with professional lingo. He's referring to frequent communication with clients and describing them as "high-touch". Can anyone offer a better verbiage?

Actually, no. I mean "high-touch" which is an industry term for staying in close contact with a client... or a client who needs a lot of attention.

I quite understand what you mean. You can say "personal touch" instead, but I'm not sure it has the

same effectiveness.
