"Pursuing my masters" is a very elegant way of expressing this thought. You will hear "doing my masters" frequently in conversation, but I consider it to be much more casual than "pursuing...."
If you are writing, I would definitely use "pursuing my masters."

Working on my masters is also common.

Hi,

Add an apostrophe.
eg
I am doing my master's degree.
I am doing my master's.

You're right, Clive.
And, I must admit, I rarely get it correct.
