Is this possible (correct) to place the word 'another' before a proper name?

Yes, you can use it before a proper name. You don't mean you will create another one of those things. You are referring to some aspect of that person/thing, and saying you will have another person/thing that is very much like the original in that manner.

  • Let's say that some stadium, Grammar Stadium, ended up costing three times as much as it was supposed to.
  • A few years later, another building is running behind schedule and very much over budget.

Hi guys,
Or you might hear a conversation like this.

Tom: I met Bill Clinton at the library yesterday.

Mary: Really? You mean the ex-president?

Tom: No, no, I mean another Bill Clinton. This one is just a cab-driver.

Best wishes, Clive
