Another little question concerning the translation of SH

0 Hi all!02br
02br
00 When the game hero enters an location where he've already been, do I have to use the definite artice with every item in the description? For example:02br
02br
00 First-time description:02br
00 «I approached right up to the rocks surrounding the abandoned factory. There was no way either to the east or to the south. A steep wall of rocks also spread across north. At the bottom of a rock lay a sheet of iron, probably borne by the wind from the factory.»02br
02br
00 Second-time description:02br
00 «Nothing had changed here since my last visit. The (?) grey rocks beetled over me from every quarter. To the west I saw the hangars of the factory.»02br
02br
00 Somehow I don't want to omit the article before "grey rocks". Is it possible? Many thanks is advance, Anton P.S.: As you see, I am doing the touch-up of the translation which I have almost completed (with help from one great British geek who did the Runglish-English translation). 0-

10 Yes, it's possible but it changes the meaning. Use the definite article where the noun is already known to the listener/reader or has been introduced in a prior sentence. 00 0-
