Another "has been" vs. "have been"

Hi! I have a question.

How should I write this? I'm having difficulties seeing what is referred to here - the two adjectives describing the "working", or the "working" itself.

"My communicative and organized way of working have always been among my strong points"

Sincerely,

The head noun of "My communicative and organized way of working" is "way", which is singular, so it should be "has been". You can add as many adjectives as you like, but it will never make a singular noun plural.

Thank you! My guess was correct then!
