Annual Vacation Leave

Dear Sir,
I please to inform you that my annual vacation leave was due on the month of october 2010,
but since we have an urgent projects to be finish, i had decide more months extension to complete
the projects prior to leave.
in view of this, i woul like to apply my 33 days leave with my wife starting on Feb. 27, 2011 to Mar. 30, 2011. during this vacation i shall be avilable in contacts if any problem that may occur related to my side. your kind approval to this letter will be much appreciated. thank you very much & best wishes.
