Annual leaves

I would like to ask my boss for the annual leaves. Is this unpolite? Please help.

I would like have 5 days annual leave from 01st January – 05th January as advised you last week. The application form was put on your desk for your approval. Please sign back to me. Thank you.

I already asked Mary and Helen help for the outstanding works; it should be no problem during my holidays.

Hi Anon

When you wrote "annual leaves", were you referring to vacation?
Also, the word "unpolite" is generally not used, and that spelling is usually considered to be an error. Instead, you should use "impolite".
