Annual Leave salary

Dear Sir,
Good Day to you!

I would like to request you to release my annual leave salary.
I have joined on 21st august, 2013 and my visa stamping date is 1st October, 2013. from both the date i have completed one annual.
Kindly request you to release mu annual salary full as per the labour rule 8 of Uae.
