Annual leave request in advanced
Please help me & edit
Dear Sir,
I would like to take my annual leave for 2011 in advance starting from 1st October till 27th October 2011. I am planning to go 28th September 2011 Tuesday evening I will be back 28th October 2011 Friday & I will resume at work 29th October 2011, total 24 working days.
I know I can’t take my annual leave 2011 before 17th February 2012. As you inform me Mr. …… is going to travel end of this year and he is not coming back before 14 month. November December we have physical account in our warehouse. So I decide to go in my vacation 2011 in advanced before Mr. …… travel & before physical account. If you think there I no problems for replacement, then I will wait till I can take my annual leave of 2011. I hope you will understand my situation and looking forward to hearing from you.
