Annoy, irritate, bother, trouble, and upset?

Hi,

Which one is good in the following examples?
The noise caused by remodelling from upstair neighbor is very annoying / bothering / irritating/ upsetting.
Bad relationship with my parents is annoying / bothering / irritating/ upsetting.
Pressure from the work are annoying / bothering / irritating / upsetting.
Being neglected by her boyfriend annoyed / irritated /troubled /upset her.

Do "I am annoyed" and “I am irritated" express less anger than "I am angry"?
Is their emphasis not anger, but mental disturbance ?

Thanks
