Could you help me w my annotations? I'm not sure w my structure and grammar :/ It would be really helpful if u remark my mistakes!

Suveer Sinha, Vijay Sarma, 2016, ‘Indian Railways: challenges and the opportunities’, McKinsey & Company.
This article discusses the challenges and the opportunities that lie ahead for Indian Railways as they grow significantly. The authors use statistics gained from McKinsey’s India office and McKinsey Knowledge Centre to try to explain the main factors that affect the growth of Indian Railways and what challenges should Indian Railways overcome to achieve growth. Their research focuses on recommendations what company should do to boost revenue and competitiveness like by focusing on market niches or by enabling SMS information for clients. I found this article useful because many of these recommendations can be easily adapted to fit with other carrier ?ompanies. The main limitation of the article is that there is a lot of useful theory but unfortunately this article provides a little amount of real practice experience, thus authors assert that it may be difficult to achieve growth, but it is not impossible. This is written for people with medium prior knowledge of this subject and is not easy to understand without terminology knowing. It was a useful starting point for writing my paper and presumably because of its theory this is a valuable source for my research.
