Hello, I was asked to write report:

To: Committee members

I would be grateful if all members could write a short report giving their views on the following points:
1. why our town would be a suitable host for the competition
2. any objections to our campaign and how we can overcome them
3. suggestions as to how we can make the best use of our budget.

my answer was
INTERNATIONAL SPORTS COMPETITION IN KLADNO

GENERAL INFORMATION
Dear chairman,
As requested I am writing you a following proposal, in order to sum up why should our city host the International sports competition.

ADVANTAGES
Our city is very sportive, and it enables its citizens to do almost any kind of sport, therefore we do have good equipment and sport areas, such as swimming pool, outdoor stadium, and indoor hall where can volleyball, basketball or gymnastics competitions take place.

BUDGET
Since we already have good sports equipment, we wouldn’t have to spend a lot of money on that, and instead, we can invest them in other important parts of the competition, such as redecorating the areas where the contests will take place and focus on whole organization process.

DISADVANTAGES
In my point of view the main disadvantage would be the accommodation capacity. As Kladno is quite small town, not very used to have a lot of visitors, we don’t have a big potential in accommodating all competitors. Additionally I think there could be also a problem in the leisure activities, and cultural events for visitors.

SOLUTION
In my opinion the solution can be the location of our city. Kladno is situated very closely to our capital Prague, only 20 km. Prague can offer all the things that I have mentioned before, and also it solves problems with accommodation space.

SUMMARY
In general, I think the advantages overweight the drawbacks. Our city has all the essentials for hosting this competition.
