However, it would read better to say "Yuri and Aram become separated from the rest due to the blizzard" because you want the reader to be interested in Yuri and Aram, not the blizzard. However, if that sentence is preceded by a sentence that begins with "Yuri and Aram", you wouldn't repeat that in this sentence, but use "They".
