Hi, I have written 2 spec scripts for 7 minute animations. My goal is to use these as samples to get freelance work in animation writing. I want to send these out to story editors. However, if the editors are working with shows that are 22 minutes in length, would they be willing to read my scripts? I haven't been able to find any animations that work in the 7 minute format to submit my scripts to. Would editors on 11 minuteanimations be more willing to read my scripts? Thanks for any responses. Matt

Well, maybe I should just send a query letter letting them know that my scripts are not in the exact genre, but I would like to send them anyways.

Thanks for any responses.[/nq] I think I would be more inclined to write three or four 22 minute scripts and shop those around instead of the short ones.
