1-Life in London and Paris is not like life in Tokyo.
2-Life in London or Paris is not like life in Tokyo.

Does 1 imply that life in London is like life in Paris?
Does 2 imply that life in London is different to life in Paris?
I am not sure that 2 has such an implication.
