And vice versa?

If people prefer doing things fast, more speed means efficiency, while if they prefer doing things slowly, less speed means efficiency.

Is it possible to use ‘and vice versa’ for the underlined part?

In theory perhaps, but I think constructing the underlined part from "vice versa" is a bit too hard, so I would keep the underlined part in full.
