Could you please tell me which one of the following is correct and natural?

1) They left her there full public view.
2) They left her there a full public view.

Neither of your quotes is correct. You can say, "They left her there in full public view," or "for full public view." ("For" makes it sound more intentional.)

Hi Fandorin -- I have no idea what you mean by this.

As far as "they left her there for a full public view" -- I would omit the "a". You could say "they left her for a full public viewing, but that would imply a specific organized event, rather than just leaving her where
