Man: Two lines?
Woman: Yes but I've drawn two parallel lines.
Man: Oh, so, that's what parallel means, side by side.
Woman: Yes, and the same distance apart all the way along.
Now, this is the curb.
Man: The curb?
Woman: The edge of the sidewalk.
