Vocabulary

and, or(A and B or C)

- People engaged in 3D(dirty and dangerous or dirty) industries shouldn’t be made light of as the world can’t be operated well without them.

Q) On the net, I saw this phrase related to a 3D job: "dirty and dangerous or dirty".
I was wondering why it's not "A and B and C" or "A, B, and C)" or "A or B or C" or "A, B, or C)

Q2) Is the underlined part correct instead of "operate"?(I wrote the sentence using "3D".
