Hello, what is the correct word to use in this sentence - and or which?

The reason for my deteriorating health is because of a virus I must of caught whilst on holiday and/which has only been diagnosed now because of the condition I am in.

Even with these changes, the sentence is not very good. The reason for my deteriorating health is because of a virus I must have caught whilst on holiday that and/which has only been recently diagnosed now because of the condition I am in .
