When writing a list of things preceded by "not" do you use and or or?

For example -

She should limit lengths of stay given the research showing that longer stays of a year or more do not reduce chances of return, add to hotel budgets, and harm the wildlife.

or

She should limit lengths of stay given the research showing that longer stays of a year or more do not reduce chances of return, add to hotel budgets, or harm the wildlife.
