And me?

Hi.
Is it ever acceptable to say "and me?" Like, "John and me" or "my friends and me" or some other usage where that grammer would be correct as opposed to using "I" as in "and I" or "my friends and I"

Mary invited me.
Mary invited Frank and me.
Mary invited my friends and me.

Would you like to come with me?
Would you like to come with my friends and me?
Would you like to come with Patrick and me?
